Registration Deadline: October 12th

Every person who plans to attend Convention needs to complete a registration form.

If you are attending ONLY The Philadelphia 11 Movie & Panel Discussion, you do not need to register - go back to the schedule & deadlines page and fill out an RSVP for a guest ticket to the movie.

 

What's different this year?

  1. You'll need to register yourself as the registration form is separate from the certification this year. Even if your church has paid your registration fee, you need to fill out a registration form because we need some information from you to complete your registration. There are different forms (depending on your role and whether a church has paid for you) so see below for which one to fill out.

  2. Late registrations will not be accepted

  3. The registration fee of $195 is all-inclusive (programming + meals)

  4. Visitors have the option to attend programming only ($95) if they do not want any meals

  5. No a la carte meals are available

What will I need to fill out a registration form?
You'll need to know:

  • Your role (i.e. voting clergy delegate, voting lay delegate, voting youth delegate, non-voting alternate delegate,

  • Which workshop you plan to attend (choose 1)

  • Whether you plan to attend the Friday evening movie (The Philadelphia Eleven)

  • Which included meals you plan to attend

  • Your dietary/accessibility needs

  • Your childcare needs (including name(s) & age(s))

  • Whether your church has paid your registration fee


What’s included in the all-inclusive $195 registration fee?

Programming Included:

  • Pre-Convention Friday Workshop

  • Pre-Convention Friday Film screening of Philadelphia 11 with Panel Discussion

  • Plenary Sessions/Convention Business

  • Saturday Banquet Program and Dance

Meals Included:

  • Lunch (Saturday October 26th)

  • Banquet Dinner (Saturday October 26th)

  • Breakfast (Sunday October 27th)

(Note: Meals not listed as included are on your own i.e. "pre-Convention meals of Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast.)


Which registration form should I fill out?

 

If you’re a delegate:

Did your church pay your registration fee ($195 all-inclusive)?

If you’re a Visitor:

Did your church pay for you?

  • If your church paid your all-inclusive ($195) registration fee, then fill out this registration form 

  • If your church paid your “programming only” ($95) registration fee, then fill out this registration form (you’ll have the option to pay $100 to add on the weekend’s meals)

If you’re a church:

Head over to the certification page - you certify and pay for your delegates (and chosen visitors) using the certification form. The registration forms above are for individuals to fill out themselves - if they’re a delegate, they should register AFTER you have certified them.

After completion, a verification email will be sent to the form filler/signer.
