How do I register to attend?

Fill out the registration form online and pay online; if you do not pay online as part of your registration, you’ll need to mail in a check. Make sure you have your track choices ready - you’ll need to include it in the registration.

Base Fee + Optional Add-ons (dorm lodging, meals, linen pack)

All of this auto-calculates in the registration form.

Children up through age 10: FREE

BASE FEE per person for ages 11 and up: 

  • if registering by 5/9*: $95.00

  • if registering after 5/9: $120.00

*(it’s a $25 early bird discount)

Lodging in the Dorm:

Private Room:

  • 1 person, 1 night only (no linens): $39.82

  • 1 person, 2 nights (no linens): $79.64

Shared room:

  • 2 people, 1 night only: $61.45

  • 2 people, 2 nights: $122.86

1 Linen Pack: $39.81 per person (or skip this and bring your own)

Meals a la Carte (cost per meal):

Child age 0-5: FREE

Child age 6-10: $7.00/meal

Adult Breakfast (available Sat & Sun): $10.00

Adult Lunch (available Sat & Sun): $12.00

Adult Dinner (available Fri & Sat): $15.00

TOTAL all 6 adult meals: $74.00

The base fee helps cover the costs of the instructors, classrooms and other shared expenses. You then add your dorm room fee and the cost of your meals, and linens if you choose to add them, to determine your total cost.

For example, any 1 adult/youth who: (1) attends the entire weekend with a dorm stay and (2) orders all 6 meals and (3) brings their own linens
will pay $ 248.64 (if they register by May 9th) OR $273.64 (if they register after May 9th).

  • WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE FEES?

    • BASE PRICE should be paid by all participants and includes your track classroom and instructor, and helps pay for worship and fellowship/hospitality spaces and facility rental, and golf cart transportation.

  • HOW DO I PAY FOR MEALS (OR OPT OUT OF THEM):

    • Choose which meals you plan on attending in your registration form; pay only for the meals you’ve chosen

    • 6 buffet-style meals are available at the JRC during the weekend.

    • When you check in on-site, you’ll receive your meal tickets, which will be collected at the door of the dining area each meal

    • We cannot guarantee that a meal will be available if you did not register for it.

  • HOW DO I PAY FOR A DORM ROOM (OR OPT OUT OF IT):

    • Choose your room option on your registration form.

    • Choose an air conditioned dorm room for 1 or 2 nights.

    • Let us know if you are coming as a couple or family.

    • Choose whether to: pay for a linen pack for the XL twin sized bedsheets and towels OR bring your own.

  • WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN THE FEES

    • Snacks and drinks you bring to share at Night Owl Social Time.

    • Coffee IS available at Morning Social Times and at Meals. Coffee service is not available 24/7 at the retreat, although a coffee shop is about 6 blocks away, and there will likely be coffee makers in the dorms (we hope to have a pot of coffee available in the Lazier Hall Lobby during all published “Free Time”)
